2022 board nominations

The Nominating Committee is pleased to recommend the following candidates for the two three-year volunteer positions on the ACFCU Board of Directors。

Dan Murray (incumbent)

Mr. Murray, the current Chairman of the Board, joined the Credit Union board in 2004。He came from the Arlington Police Department, where he served as deputy chief of police。He brings an extensive law enforcement background and has participated in numerous associations (international Association of Chiefs of Police, Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police and Georgetown University Alumni Association, to name a few)。Mr. Murray, a longtime Resident of Arlington, hopes to continue to serve on the Arlington Community Financial Alliance's board of directors because he wants to "help ensure that Arlington Community Financial Alliance continues its long history of prudent fiscal management while maintaining excellent member service."。

Max Montague (current)

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Max Montague has lived in the Washington Metropolitan area for the past 17 years and in Arlington and Falls Church for the past 7 years。He holds a BACHELOR's degree in International business from George Washington University and currently serves as director of capture and senior program Manager at Enlighten IT Consulting, a wholly owned subsidiary of Huntington Ingalls Industries, inc., a publicly traded defense contractor。Mr. Montague has over 13 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, business development, marketing and project management。在过去的三年里,他一直是阿灵顿沙巴体育APP下载联邦信贷联盟的董事会成员,并在过去的六年半里担任监督委员会主席;他曾是其公寓董事会的主席和财务主管。Max is passionate about volunteering his time to support community institutions。


Additional nominations may be made through a petition containing the signatures of one percent of ACFCU membership as of October 31, 2020。Petitions and complete application materials must be submitted to the Nominating Committee by February 26, 2021。
